I had a great experience using Royal Paws to transport my 2 cats from California to Chicago. The two drivers were great and even waited for well over a hour for me to get both of my girls in their crates as one of them had run off and hid under the furniture. After we got them both loaded they even transported their food, litter box, as well as a few bowels and toys. They sent plenty of photos along the journey and even arrived ahead of schedule. We are not great road trippers and needed a way to get our Portuguese Water Dog from Denver to California. We looked into the JSX airline but the flight schedules weren’t ideal and we’ve heard most flights have several dogs (our dog is not great with other dogs). When trying to come up with a solution, I came across Royal Paws. They were super communicative and answered all our questions in a timely and efficient manner (I liked they also put up a very clear notice on their website that some imposters were trying to poach off Royal Paws reputation so make sure you’re dealing with the “real one”). The terms were very clear and easy to understand and it was nice having an all inclusive quote. The meet up with the drivers went smoothly and off they went. We flew to our destination and they showed up with our SUV and dog early the next morning. They sent updates on location and pics of the dog and he was in great shape when they arrived in California. They even gassed up the car. We’ve already booked them for our return trip back to Colorado. UPDATE: We just finished our second year of using Royal Paws from Colorado to California and back and went seamlessly both years.
