This was actually the second time in a few years we’ve trusted Royal Paws Pet Transportation with our pets, and they didn’t disappoint. Greg and Susan drove our dog and cat down to Texas and were fantastic from start to finish. They were communicative, caring, and very experienced with animals. They kept us updated throughout our fur babies’ trip, so we never had to worry. Our pets arrived happy and healthy. Still amazed at how the Royal Paws team, with drivers Greg and Sue, transported our 4 cats from South Carolina to California. We had no clue how we would get them here and they definitely came through for us. They got them to us quickly and safely. Communication was great with them checking in several times during the trip. I wanted to personally thank Brad and Royal Paws for the services provided. Obviously, before embarking on transporting our new puppy halfway across the US, we were very concerned if she would be traumatized during the ride. Eric took great Care of her and kept in touch along the way. He was very nice and reassured us that she was doing well. He went above and beyond, and we are quite appreciative I do not know his partner’s name, or I would mention him as well . They sent some pictures along the way. He arrived when he said he would, and did keep in touch every few hours as he could tell we were nervous So thank you again. I would recommend your company to anyone! We were very happy with the service provided by Royal Paws. From the beginning of the process to the end was a very positive experience. Brad was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The billing process was easy. Eric Green's team was great to work with. He called us a couple days before the trip to go over all the details and to make sure he understood our dogs. Our two dogs immediately fell in love with them when they walked in the door. The anxiety we felt about a long trip like this immediately evaporated. Eric kept us up to date during the entire trip from Arizona to Florida with texts and photos. We highly recommend them.
