Thank you especially for the hugs that you knew we needed before you left! Thanks for taking all my phone calls during the trip and most importantly for making Keila feel comfortable about going, she was a bit scared at first and you made the whole thing easy! We just wanted to say how incredibly happy we are with your service. Tom and Liana were absolutely fantastic!! From the moment they picked up Sammy to all of the wonderful pictures and correspondence along the way. They always answered when I asked how he was doing. We are so happy and so was Sammy. The care and love he was given put our whole family at ease on the move across the country. What a wonderful service you provide. If we ever need it again we won't hesitate!! Hi Brad! Just wanted to let you know my cats were transported "royally" by Harold & his co-driver! They did a fine job, &, although I myself don't do Facebook, a friend told me she saw a photo of 2 of the cats sitting in the drivers' laps! She got quite a charge out of that, & was very happy for the cats as she was a great fan of all 3! I was able to call Harold a couple of times, & he was most reassuring to this Cat Woman!! Great job!! Thank you all so much!

Just wanted to let you know that you have 2 fantastic drivers in Wayne & Richard. They not only cared about my cats but also made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. They both have great personalities and we had some interesting conversations on our 2600 mile journey from NH to AZ- I would highly recommend both Royal Paws as well as Wayne & Richard to anyone looking for a safe way to transport their pets. I just wanted to provide you with some feedback on our experience. We are extremely pleased with the job Harold and Tomecca did. They provided frequent text message updates and appear to have taken very good care of our cat as well as our car. Also, allowing us to pack a few extra items in the car was very beneficial as it made our flight travel a bit easier. We were additionally impressed by their punctuality and the fact that they made it to Bedford on Sunday night despite some very snowy conditions. Overall we couldn't be happier and we would recommend your company to anyone, especially Harold and Tomecca as drivers!
