How to Get
Started Opening Your Own Royal Paws Location:
If you wanted to proceed, we would ask for you to sign our non-compete and
confidentiality agreement along with an initial payment of $1,500. As soon as
we receive that, then we get real busy working with you to approve conceptual
plans (we don't micro-manage, but rather make recommendations). We would want to
approve the conceptual plans (size, layout, etc) and either our company officer
or one of our managers would come down and train/assist in the start-up of the
park to ease start-up as well as insure all operations are in alignment with
the trusted brand of Royal Paws. The documents and consulting fee would be one
time fee around $10K plus travel costs and we would consider installment
payments. Having visited all of the private and public dog parks in the
southeast, I personally know how critical the complete compliance and diligence
to rules, regulations and operating protocol is to insure the park remains safe
and healthy for dogs and owners alike, as well as park events and other member
perks. In addition, to yield the $400+ annual membership, the park must remain
safe and provide the types of entertainment and events that motivates a
committed purchase. Since we are entering into our second year of operating,
our renewal rate still exceeds 98%. They say our dog park is addictive because
after the social and health benefits that have been realized, who could say no
to that healthy, happy dog that has enjoyed SAFE play at our parks! The dogs
have lost the weight, have increased mobility, gained confidence in a safe and
beautiful environment, so what owner could deny this exclusive privilege to
